Positive: We enjoyed “living” in a real Paris neighborhood. The apartment was very spacious with several closets and a large bathroom and shower.
Negative: The apartment was a bit far from the tourist areas , but close to the train station and metro.

Positive: Apartment was as advertised Only downside was not enough towels provided this was fixed up following day after arrival. Apartment felt very secure and great to have a washer and dryer on hand when needed.

Positive: This is an awesome place to stay. Metro is just 5 min walkable to reach anywhere in Paris. The facilities provided in this apartment is awesome and we had everything we needed for family. The host is also very responsive and will address any issue quickly

Positive: Everything went well, the accommodation was very good and modern, and even had a larger size than what Paris usually offers. The cleanliness was good, and the location was very good. There was a Metro Station (Cadet) nearby - 5 minutes walk and some good restaurants nearby. The access to the accommodation was very easy to understand. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely this accommodation.

Positive: Apartment is in a great location, is modern and in a secure building with a lift (though need to go up a few stairs first to access the lift).
Negative: The door code is very long, and the instructions for check in indicated the wrong apartment so I was not able to immediately enter. There is a lot of nightlife in the immediate area, so there is a lot of street noise into the early hours of the morning.
